Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link — you can also find it anytime in your account. If it's been more than two business days and you haven't seen a shipping email, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll pull it up.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in about 5–8 days. You'll get one email confirming your order and a second with tracking once it's on the way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and it's free on every 2-pack. Your total is always displayed before you pay — no surprises.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack orders quickly, so email support@dinkwellgear.com as soon as you can — ideally within a couple of hours. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll change the address, switch between single and 2-pack, or cancel it. Once it's in transit we can't recall it, but we'll still help you sort it out.
I entered the wrong shipping address.
Email us right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it before it leaves.

Returns & Guarantee

What's your return policy?
Every Rally Strap is backed by a 30-day guarantee. If it's not working for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your call.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@dinkwellgear.com with your order number and what's wrong. We reply within one business day with next steps. Because the strap is a small, low-cost item, we often won't even ask you to ship it back.
My strap arrived damaged or defective.
That's on us. Send a quick photo to support@dinkwellgear.com with your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return needed.
When will I get my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it posts back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Do I pay for return shipping?
If anything's defective or wrong on our end, no — that's covered. For a change of mind, we'll let you know by email whether a return is even necessary before you spend a cent on postage.

Using Your Rally Strap

Which arm? What size?
Either arm — it's symmetric. One size, fully adjustable, with a memory scale so once you find your pressure you can hit the same mark before every game.
How tight should it be?
Snug, not tight — firm pad pressure, not a tourniquet. Place it two fingers below the elbow crease with the pad centered on the muscle on the outside of your forearm, cinch until the pad presses firmly, and note your number on the memory scale.
When do I wear it?
During play — on before warmup, off after your last game. Some players also wear it for gripping-heavy chores like raking or drills. It's not designed for all-day wear.
My pain is on the inside of my elbow, not the outside. Does it still work?
Yes — the pad detaches and repositions. Outer-elbow soreness (the common pickleball pattern) puts the pad on the outside of the forearm; inner-elbow soreness (golfer's elbow) puts it on the inside — about 3–5 cm below the elbow either way. Same strap, same counterforce idea, different pad position.
Will it change how my swing feels?
No — that's the point of the design. It sits on your forearm, below the joint, and weighs about as much as a wristband. Most players forget it's on by the second game.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash, air dry. Takes a minute, and it'll outlast the season.
Does this replace seeing a doctor or PT?
No. Counterforce straps are a standard tool physical therapists use with racquet athletes, but if your elbow is severely painful or getting worse, get it looked at. The strap is for staying on the court while you manage the load — not a substitute for professional care.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes tracking orders and reordering faster next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout — Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify — we never see or store your full card details.
