Every Rally Strap is backed by a 30-day guarantee. If it's not working for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund — your choice.
Email support@dinkwellgear.com with your order number and a quick note on what's wrong. We reply within one business day with next steps. Because the Rally Strap is a small, low-cost item, in many cases we won't even ask you to ship it back.
If your strap arrives damaged or defective, that's on us. Send a photo with your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return required.
Once your return or refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.

If an item is defective or we shipped the wrong thing, return shipping is on us. For a change of mind, we'll tell you by email whether a return is even necessary before you spend anything on postage.
If we've told you your refund was issued but you don't see it after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card company, as posting times vary. If it still hasn't appeared, email us and we'll track it down.
