Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirming your order right away, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 5–8 days of being placed. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly with carrier volume and your location.
Your full total, including any shipping, is always displayed at checkout before payment.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also view order status anytime from your account. If it's been more than two business days since ordering and you haven't received a shipping email, check your spam folder, then contact us.
We currently ship within the United States.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it appears stuck in transit, reach out and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier and make it right.
