Dinkwell products, including the Rally Strap, are counterforce supports intended for general wellness and comfort during activity. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They do not replace professional medical advice. If you have an injury or a medical condition, or if pain persists or worsens, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinkwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
